Sharon Denise Thompson
1956 - 2026
Sharon Denise Thompson died on September 3, 2026 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem.
She was born in Winston-Salem, Forsyth County to her late parents, Willie and Josephine Thompson. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Michael Thompson, and sister, Willette Thompson Owens.
Those left to cherish her memories are her devoted brothers, Vernon ((Janice) Thompson , Robert (Sylvia) Thompson and Gregory Thompson; her devoted, Aunt and Cousin, Elaine Lowery and Ronnie Williams, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Sharon was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. She was known for serving others in her community. Sharon worked in the Healthcare field at Baptist Hospital, and Reynolds Health Center. Sharon’s part time job was helping her family and anyone who needed her.
Sharon graduated from North Forsyth High School, Class of 1975.
Sharon will be missed by all who knew of her.
A Private Memorial will be held.
Aunt Sharon we will miss you dearly. We love you.
