Michael Gray Fain Sr.

1958 - 2024

Michael Gray Fain Sr., 65 of Pinnacle NC, passed away Saturday morning with Michael and I by his side at Forsyth Hospital Palliative Care. Mike was born on November 5, 1958, to Billy and Barbara Fain.

Mike loved to paint pictures of various landscapes. Mike also had a heart full of love for all animals; his favorite was Whiskey Blue, a blue tick hound he loved dearly.

His greatest joy in life was his son Michael, they enjoyed riding motorcycles when he was younger, they also loved music and hot rod cars; but mostly just spending time with each other.

Mike also loved his wife Debbie of 24 years. He was of the Baptist faith and was baptized by the late preacher Carl Whitaker. I know with Jesus pain free.

He leaves to cherish his memory a son Michal Gray Fain, Jr., and wife Debbie, a brother-in-law James Quentin (Kellie) Sechrist, two nieces Meghan Nichole Sechrist, Lauren Paige Sechrist, one nephew James Quentin Sechrist, III. Mike was preceded in death by his mama and daddy Billy and Barbara Fain.

A graveside service will take place Friday, March 29th at Pilot United Methodist Church located at 659 Pilot Church Road, Pinnacle NC 27403. Preacher Ron Chamblin will be speaking.
