Donald Woods
1951 - 2022
Donald Woods, 71, of Lexington passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at his home.
Mr. Woods was born in Guilford County NC on January 11, 1951 to Harry Lee Woods and Helen Marie George Woods. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by the love of his life his wife Gina Jewell Woods, and brothers Wesley Woods and Lee Woods.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving daughters and grandchildren, Pam Kernodle (Chris) of Burlington and children T.J. Rose and Bryson, Melissa King (Nathan) of Welcome and children Makayla, Jordan and Aaliyah, sister Patricia Morrison of Lexington, several nieces and nephews and his loving furbaby Maxie, the Jewell family who were more than in laws to him but his closest friends and loving neighbors Billy Allport Sr. and Kathy Allport.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
RIP Don….you will be missed brother.❤️

Don, so sorry to hear of your passing on to your Eternal walk with the Lord. We will miss seeing you occasionally when we could get together. I know Chris thought a lot of you, and I’m sure he and Pam and the
