Donald Edward Stilley Sr., 83, of Winston Salem, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Monday October 20, 2025.
He is survived by his daughters, Robin (James) Montgomery and Mary (Mike) Lebrun; granddaughter, Amber (Justin) Cashwell; great-grandchildren, Hallie Smith, JW Cashwell and Peyton Cashwell.
He is preceded in death by his amazing wife, Sandra Stilley and son, Eddie; granddaughter, Jade Scott and his parents. He had some amazing friends, I would like to give a mention Holly Wilson and Jay Stanley.
As he is being cremated, there will be no service, but there will be a small family gathering at the Cashwells this Saturday at 2:00pm. If you need to know the address please attain it from one of the family members.
I love you daddy and always will. Be happy now with momma,Eddie and Jade I will miss you but with God’s will I will survive.
Uncle Donald, you’re home now, walking with Sandra, Eddie and Jade, all the family is celebrating you home. Fly high, dance with wings, you will be missed but never forgotten. Til we meet again, play hard, carry our love with you.
Donald you are flying high with Sandra Eddie and Jade Mammaw Grandpa and all your brothers and sisters. I am sure they was all waiting with open arms when you got there. You will be dearly missed here. But we will all see you again one day. Robin no words can make things better. That I truly know. Hold tight to the memories yall shared. And may they help you get thru this time. He will always be with you in your heart. And watching over you. And you will be with him Sandra Eddie and Jade again one day. In Gods time. But for now you have some guardian angels walking with you everyday. And watching over you. Love you all.
