Diann Michelle Calcutt

Diann Michelle Calcutt, age 59, of Kernersville, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.

 A memorial service celebrating her life and faith will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Triad Baptist Church. Pastors Rob Decker and Rick Calcutt will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

 Diann was born on January 24, 1967, in Indiana, Pennsylvania, to Robert Timothy Baker and Anna Mae Baker. She graduated from Marshall University and worked as a paralegal for many years with multiple firms. Diann had a deep love for cooking, caring for her beloved birds, and most of all, cherishing time with her family. Her greatest joy came from playing with and watching her grandson, Maverick, grow.

 Above all, Diann’s strong faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. Her relationship with the Lord sustained her through many challenges and gave her strength and peace during her courageous 13-year battle with illness. She faced every trial with determination and unwavering trust in God’s grace.

 She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Mark Calcutt of Kernersville; her son, Stephen Calcutt and his wife Brittney Calcutt; and her grandson, Maverick Calcutt. She is also survived by her mother, Anna Mae Baker, and Mark’s parents, Laura and Richard Calcutt, who were a great source of love and support throughout her illness.
