Grammy was the absolute best grandmother anyone could ever ask for. She had so many crazy stories to entertain you everytime you’d visit. Her laugh was so comforting and contagious. I loved the way she’d pepper your face in kisses every time you’d see her. She was the reason I got into reading, seeing how infatuated she was when it came to murder mysteries. I remember her always having a James Patterson book and if it wasn’t his book it was another murder mystery. I’ll forever miss those nights where I’d get to stay the night and wake up to her making us pancakes with fried bologna or jelly and butter on toast. Or getting to ride around in her PT Cruiser, the car just had that distinct smell of her. I’ll always use the tips and tricks she taught me when it comes to self care or even when it comes to cooking. She had a tip for everything. Grammy is the most intelligent person I know. I’d do anything to hear her tell me that she loves me oodles and oodles and bunches and bunches one last time.
