King – Michelle Flippin Scicli, 57, passed from this temporary life on earth to her eternal glorious home in Heaven on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC. Michelle was born May 26, 1963 in Fairfax, VA. She worked faithfully for the past 18 years at WestRock Merchandising Displays in Winston-Salem, NC as an Accounts Receivable Manager in the accounting department surrounded by a dedicated work family of caring friends. She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Scicli of King; her mother, Shirley Ramey of Cornelius, NC; her sister Myra (Don) Frick of Fort Myers, Florida; her brother Matthew (Rebecca) Flippin of Cary, NC; four nieces and nephews, Stefan Frick, Alyson Frick, Charles Flippin, and Ella Flippin; brother-in-law Ronnie (Wendy) Scicli of New Port Richey, FL; brother-in-law Louis (Cynthia) of Lynchburg, VA; several nieces and nephews on Robert’s side of the family, and special aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Michelle was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Joseph Scicli, father, Eugene Harold Flippin, brother-in-laws Richard Scicli and Randy Scicli. Michelle’s faith in Jesus Christ carried her through each season she went through, and her life was supported so much by the love and care that she received from her husband, family, special friends, work family, church family and Cancer Services. A service to celebrate Michelle’s life will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Freedom Baptist Church in Rural Hall, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 at the church before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Freedom Baptist Church Children & Youth Department, 1000 Rural Hall-Germanton Rd, Rural Hall NC, 27045 as well as Cancer Services, 3175 Maplewood Avenue, Winston-Salem NC, 27103.
