Kathy Louise Stroupe

Kathy Louise Stroupe, 65, of Winston-Salem passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday January 2, 2024, following a brief illness.
Kathy was born on October 26, 1958 in Galax, VA. She is preceded in death by her father, Elmer Eugene Kirby and her husband, Dennis Rudolph Stroupe.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Angela Stroupe of Winston-Salem and Crystal Johnson (Josh) of Kernersville; grandchildren, Kimberly “Kimmie” Campbell and Krischan “Little man” Stroupe of Winston-Salem; mother, Eudell Evelyn Kirby of Fries, VA; sister, Treva Sawyers (Johnny) of Galax, VA; brothers, Raymond Kirby (Peggy) of Winston-Salem, R.C Kirby and David Kirby, both of Galax, VA. Kathy had several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Momma always had a big smile and was always first at any dinner table. Mom, now you and daddy are together again. Please watch over us all.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
