Tina Renee Dills Phillips

Tina Renee Dills Phillips, 57, passed away on February 11, 2025, in Salisbury, NC. She was born on November 9, 1967, in Moore County, NC to the late Cecil Wayne Dills Sr and Martha Louise Biby Dills.

Tina is remembered for being a big Tar Heels fan. She loved her family, her cigarettes and country music but she really loved doing crafts and drawing.

In addition to her parents Tina was preceded in death by her brother Cecil Wayne Dills Jr, two sisters, Judy Lynn Doby Foster and Annette Dills, Grandparents Isaac and Martha Biby, Lloyd and Annie Dills, nephews Jeremy Brown, David Cagle, Danny Ray Foster Jr. and David Ray Bullard.

She is survived by her daughter Amber Lynn Hickin and husband Chris Stuhlberger, sons Wayne Phillips and Thomas Phillips, Stepdaughter Christine Davis and husband Josh, brothers Tim Dills and wife Lisa, Tommy Dills and wife Karen, Jamie Dills, stepsister Frances Marie Noah and Hillary, Grandkids Caleb, Ashten, Jaydah, Brayden, Katon and James, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Affordable Cremations of Winston Salem is serving the family. There will be a private family service only.
Tina has requested her ashes to be spread at Fontana Dam like her fathers were. In Lieu of flowers the
family is accepting donations to go towards her final expenses.
