Robert Jackson Eaton

Robert Jackson “Jack” Eaton, 83, passed away on March 15, 2026. Born on November 21, 1942, in Kingsport, Tennessee, Jack was the son of Robert Lee Eaton and Georgia Melvin Eaton.
Jack spent his early childhood in the mountains of Virginia, where he loved to fish and hunt. His family later moved to Springfield, VA, where Jack met the love of his life, Judy- beginning a partnership that would last more than six decades. Jack and Judy married at the young ages of 18 and 16, embarking on a journey of 64 years filled with devotion and steady commitment to the family they built together. Jack accepted Christ at a young age. He loved the Lord with all his being. His faith guided his steps, shaped his character, and anchored the way he lived.
Jack was a man known for his tireless work ethic and desire to provide for those he loved from laying floors in his early years to becoming a licensed mortgage banker, he worked with integrity and determination. He later built a successful career as a national sales director with A. L. Williams Insurance company, Jack had offices in Maryland, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina, touching many lives through his leadership. Eventually he continued his entrepreneurial path by founding MailCo productions in Kernersville, North Carolina.
Above all his accomplishments, Jack’s greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Judy, his two children, Glenn Eaton (Brenda) and Pam Bullock (Lewin), five grandchildren, Mandy Guido (Damian), Brian Eaton, Ashley Shoun (William), Andrew Bullock (Coral), and Austin Bullock (Hunter). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Caleb Eaton, Kylie Eaton, Eden Bullock and Hazel Shoun; his sister, Gayle Eaton, nephew, Curtis Autrey, and great niece, Stacy Williams (Travis)
Jack will be remembered for his kindness, resilience, and, his deep faith, while he will be missed more than words can express, his family takes comfort in knowing that he is now in the presence of his Savior.
His legacy of love and faith will continue to live on in all who knew him.
A celebration of life service will be held at Triad Baptist Church, 1175 South Main Street, Kernersville, NC on Saturday, March 28th at 11:00 am
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Triad Baptist Church.
