Robert Anderson "Andy" Hicks
1965 - 2025
Robert “Andy” Hicks, 59, of Winston Salem, NC has been called home to be with the Lord on January 21, 2025.
He is survived by his brothers, Dale & Kala Maurer of Easley, SC, Ronnie & Rebecca Thrift of Germanton, NC and Curtis Hicks of Walnut Cove, NC, bunches of nieces & nephew; and Raynell Thrift of Winston Salem, NC.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Curtis Hicks; mother, Liddy Jane Ayers Maurer; sister, Patty Hicks Bovender; brother, Donnie Thrift; and grandmother, Eva Willard Ayers.
It will be something later on to celebrate his life Andy had lots of friends, but a couple stood out Kathy Suggs of Winston Salem, Stevie Simpson, and Angel Light of Winston Salem.
In lieu of flowers buy some food for the homeless; not money, but food in honor of Andy Hicks!!!

Well I never had a chance to meet Andy but I’m sure of one thing he came from some true blood and I would like to say that he is in Heaven right now and talking with his family and old 2 dollar is looking down on us and saying I will be here waiting on us as well love you all Kin Folks ❤️
