Paula Tuit

Paula Anita Tuit, 83, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away peacefully at Forsyth Medical Center on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Born on March 20, 1941, in Newark, New Jersey, Paula lived a life filled with love and dedication.
She was a devoted wife to the late John Tuit, and together, they raised five wonderful children. Paula is survived by her two daughters, two sons, two cherished grandchildren, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, as well as a brother and sister-in-law.
Paula graduated from Irvington High School in Irvington, New Jersey, and went on to earn her nursing degree from Overlook Hospital School of Nursing in Summit, NJ. Her passion for pediatric nursing reflected her nurturing spirit, as she dedicated her life to caring for children.
In addition to her nursing career, Paula loved Hawaiian dancing, singing, attending church services, and spending time with her family. Her warmth and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
