Linda Gail McCulley Steele, 80, of King of Prussia, PA passed away peacefully in Clemmons, North Carolina on May, 8th, 2025 in the care of family.
Born March 19, 1945 in Hollister, CA, Linda is preceded in death by her loving partner of 35 years James Kramer Sr, her parents Earl Leonard McCulley and Lucille Wilson Rogers McCulley, and sister Frances Estelle McCulley Rash.
Linda is survived by her brother Byron (Patricia) McCulley, nieces Cynthia Rash and Wendy Saurman, nephews Randal Rash, Eric Rash, and Matthew McCulley, stepchildren James J. Kramer Jr., Suzan Kramer, grandson Zachary Kramer, along with many great nieces and nephews.
Linda attended San Francisco State University, where she received a Bachelors in Psychology. She moved to Pennsylvania in the 1970s and worked in office management for most of her career. She was an avid traveler and travelled the world with her life partner. Some of her memorable travels included Cabo San Lucas and various river boat cruises throughout Europe.
She was an animal lover and a doting cat mom, adopting numerous cats over her life including Cabo and Pablo, Decker, Jasmine, Obe, and Coco. Her hobbies included reading, walking, connecting with friends, and planning her next worldly adventure. She was lovingly known as ‘Aunt Linda’ by many. Although, she preferred ‘Just Linda’. We remember her big laugh, fierce independence, quick wit, and joie de vivre as we mourn her passing.
As per Linda’s request, her ashes will be scattered by loved ones and a private celebration of life will be held by family at a later time. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a local animal shelter of your choice.
Cindy you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
With Much LOVE ❤️!!

Cindy- As I reflect on meeting Linda, I recall her quick wit, laughter, and of course your bird. Linda was fortunate to have you and Zach look after her through several health challenges. You did great! Hold on to the memories, and do know that Linda is reunited with her loves.
I didn’t get a chance to meet her in person, but I feel like I knew her through you. You and Zach were a tremendous blessing in her life. May her memory be a blessing to you and the rest of your family.
