I met Homer and Katie in 2000/2001. Even though the situation was awkward at best, they welcomed me warmly. When I moved to NC in 2002/2003 to start over during a divorce, Homer treated me as his own. He went above and beyond to help me and was always a good joke or laugh away when I needed it. My sister Tracie is the strong minded, loving, sarcastic, funny and giving woman due to her parents, Homer and Katie. My thoughts and prayers are with all who are touched by the passing of this wonderful man. I love you Tracie, Katie, Ronnie, Richard, Allen and Andrew!
Tracy I’m so sorry for your loss! Sending prayers and love your way!♥️🙏🙏
