Frank Lafayette “FL” Rouse Jr., 63, passed away at Hospice of Davidson County on
Saturday, April 13 th , 2024. The family will receive guests at Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist
Church in Lexington, NC on Sunday, April 21 st , 2024, at 2:00PM followed by a celebration of life
service at 3:00PM with Rev. Doug McGee and Rev. Keith McGee officiating. FL was born on
February 14, 1961, in Greenville, NC and is a graduate of Lexington Senior High School, class
of 1979.
FL is preceded in death by his father, Frank Rouse, Sr, mother, Margaret Crawford
Rouse, and sister Alice Faye Rouse Gregory. FL is survived by his loving wife of 20 years,
Paula Rouse, sister, Brenda Blackwelder, brother, Franklin Wayne Rouse (Dianna), as well as
several lovely nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu flowers, the family is requesting donations
be made to Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist Church or Hospice of Davidson County in Mr.
Rouse’s memory.
