Eugene "Mike" Shouse

Eugene Michael (Mike) Shouse, 70, of Forsyth County, NC, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024. He was the first born of his five siblings, on September 12th, 1954. He worked various jobs over his lifetime. Some including construction, plumbing, and painting. Mike didn’t know a stranger and was a friend to all. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and listening to and picking and grinning with the boys. He had a quick wit, a story for every occasion, and a heart of gold.

Mike is survived by his mother, Elsie Mae; his siblings’, Susan Farmer (Jessie), Charles Shouse, Mark Shouse, Bobby Shouse (Cynthia); his three living children, Michael John Shouse, William Eugene Shouse (Erin), & Kayla Shouse; sixteen loving grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; nieces and nephew; and many loving friends and family alike. A special thank you to our extended family, The Bares.

Mike is proceeded in death by his father, Eugene Shouse; his brother, Ricky Shouse; his son, Ronald Dean Holmes; and step father, Charles Yarbrough.
