Charles Dee Shelton (Charlie), age 63, passed away Tuesday February 14, 2023 at his son’s home in Yadkinville. He was born in High Point on December 10, 1959 to the late Charles Delton Shelton and Myrtle Ruth Cornwell Shelton.
The family will receive visitors at River Oaks Community Church on Saturday, February 25 from 1 PM to 2 PM.
Charlie is survived by his son, Joshua Shelton and wife Ashley of Yadkinville; grandchildren Drake, Skyler and Wyatt Shelton, step grandchild Hudson, step son, Eric Gordon and significant partner Teresa of Dobson; step daughter, April Gordon; as well as 5 brothers and sisters.
Charlie was an avid lover of old cars, motocross, Dallas cowboys, and his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to River Oaks Community Church.
