1953 - 2026

Bobby Christopher O’Neal “CHRIS” 72 yrs. old born October 27, 1953 passed away January 9th, 2026 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Flint, Michigan to the late Bobby Lee O’Neal and Ann Elizabeth Hawks O’Neal. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Barbara Copeland O’Neal of Winston Salem and two daughters Angela O’Neal Sealey (Tim Mickle) of Winston Salem and Christiane O’Neal Moon (Dwayne) of Walnut Cove, PawPaw to his Grandchildren Brittany Leann O’Neal (Dale) of Winston Salem, Darrell Shayne Sealey (Ashleigh) of King and Brooke Alyssa Moon of Walnut Cove, also Great PawPaw to his Great Grandchildren Nicole Iris Sealey, and Silas Lee Sealey. Also left to cherish his memory is Brother in law Michael Copeland of the home, Brothers Jeff O’Neal, Randy O’Neal and David O’Neal and Sisters Vickie O’Neal and Janet O’Neal Hopkins with many Nephews and Nieces. A special mention to his Grand Dog Tucker.

Chris was an avid fisherman, he loved doing so at the family lake house on High Rock Lake, he loved riding his motorcycle, he loved watching and collecting Nascar, big Earnhardt fan, Racing RC cars and he loved Tarheel Basketball. He was a very hard worker/Sheet Metal Mechanic and Foreman with P.I.Mechanical in Greensboro for many years. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by them.

    My Daddy was everything to me from the day I was born until his last breath. Thank you all so very much for the prayers, the hugs, the gofund me money for his cremation, the comments on Facebook and the phone calls. His wings were ready but my heart was not ~
