Prayers for our family in this difficult time, Billy will always be remembered. My best memory with Billy will always be when I brung 2 goats over to my dad’s house and he had no problem with putting them in a fence in his yard. He was a great man! Gone but Never Forgotten! 🙏🏻❤️
My heart, thoughts and prayers goes to the family during this difficult time. May Father God give you the strength, love, and comfort for all of you. Billy was a great dad, friend, and granddad. He will be deeply missed. Sending lots of love and prayers for you all.🙏❤️
My sincerest condolences go out to my very best friend of dang near 30 years and her family. I was so sad to find out “Mr. Billy Akers, Sir” passed away. I am very happy to know he was surrounded by his loved ones. Billy was a great guy and always gave me a hard time since I was so shy when me and Manda were just in elementary school. His home was a ‘home away from home’ for me during that part of my life, which was very rough, and I couldn’t ever thank him enough to allow me to always be there lol. You’ll be sorely missed, Billy. 🕊️

My fondest memories are when we were young cousins. I was at his house all the time as we lived next door. We were always giggling as he was honery. I remember hugging him at his sister’s funeral as he was so upset. I remember him giving my grandkids money for ice cream. He was so special and caring. Memories will stay in my heart. Your light will shine forever.
