In Loving Memory of Jeannette Acevedo Cranford

Jeannette Acevedo Cranford, a cherished friend, devoted wife, daughter, sister, and proud cat mom,
passed away unexpectantly on December 3 rd 2024, at the age of 36. Known for her kind heart and warm
spirit, she brought light into the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Jeannette was a pillar of love and support for her husband, friends, and family. She shared a deep bond
with her brother, sister, and mother, whom she loved dearly. Her circle of friends was wide, as she
embraced people with kindness, compassion, and an open heart. Jeannette attained a B.A. and
certification for pharmacy technology. She was employed by Novant Forsyth Medical Center in
Winston-Salem, where she wholly embraced her ability to help others. Jeannette loved gardening,
having a true knack with all things that grow. She also loved crafting and made beautiful crochet items
as gifts for friends and family. She loved gathering with family and friends to celebrate any special
occasion or just to watch a good movie.
To those who knew her, Jeannette was a confidante and a safe haven—a person you could trust with
your deepest thoughts without fear of judgment. Her fierce love and unwavering loyalty will be
remembered by all who were lucky to have been a part of her life.
Jeannette leaves behind her parents Aracelly Rojas, and Jorge Acevedo, husband, Nathan Cranford,
brother Jonathan Acevedo, sister Jasmin Acevedo, mother -in-law Lisa Cranford, brother and sister-in-
law Andrew and Connie Cranford, and a nephew Hannibal Cranford. She will be dearly missed by her
beloved cats, Aimee and Rei and countless friends and family whose lives she touched. Her memory will
live on in the hearts of everyone who loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Western North Carolina Hurricane Relief in
her honor. A celebration of her life will be planned for a later date.
