Jeremiah Delph
1976 - 2023
Jeremiah Delph On the evening of February 2, 2023, Jeremiah took his last breath here on Earth. He will forever be remembered as being a football fanatic, and a Hokie ultimate fan. He was born and raised in Virginia but also found home in Michigan and ultimately ended up in North Carolina. He loved his mom (Tama Bolinsky Kelly) with all his heart and would have done anything to protect her. She always referred to him as “her boy” and made sure everyone knew that. He was also very protective of his sister. He was quick to come back with a sarcastic reply, but he also was very smart and knew what he was talking about. He loved being the cutest one in the room. He had a hard time showing his feelings, but to the ones that knew him best knew he loved them. Jeremiah was a one-of-a-kind kind of a guy and those that knew him were the lucky ones. He left this earth too soon. He had his whole life in front of him. To know Jeremiah was to love him. His charisma was electric. Our hearts will have an empty place where the love for him once was. We know that he no longer is in any pain and is at peace. He will get to be reunited with his Poppa and Nanny (Hillman and Geraldine Bolinsky), and two aunts (Kim Strong and Joan Stanley). We would much rather him be back here with us, but we must know he’s not alone, and that brings some comfort. Jeremiah, fly high. Watch over us. You will never be forgotten. Rest easy. The love we have for you will live forever.
I will always love you and be your strongest advocate, even in death. Love & Miss You Always, ❤️MOM❤️
